Picked up the tub today to marry to the chassis. We determined it’d be WAY too much weight to try and add the top, doors, and windshield frame to the rotisserie without potential warping. Won’t be fun masking the chassis off and subsequent cleaning but it’s the right call

Close friend has an Olympic White 81 CJ7 Renegade that the PO replaced glove box door with chrome. Helping him out and he doesn’t know it .

LOL he’s not on here, or any other Jeep page for that matter. He’s a MOPAR guy with 3 nice rides. Jeep was to appease his wife who had the exact same one in HS however he drives it way more than she does!

Got the roll bar and front doors hung today. Will be away for 3-4 weeks so no more movement on the project but progress is progress.

Back in town for just 2 days so I spent today getting the front end together. Still have some final alignment to do but overall a success. Thanks a ton to @Dave The Sparky for help with the fender braces! I will have to do those when I’m back in a couple weeks
