Back from vacation and started back in on the firewall... after seeing all the marks that I made and what needed to be done, I figured it was beer time and I would work on it tomorrow!

Dark Horse Sapient Trip Ale. The is a Belgian style Trippel, mild fruit and clove with a light yeasty finish. A great summer brew and 9.5% ABV.

And I can drink my stouts cold or room temp. Guinness is my standard. And I don't have any to drink tonight. Shame on me. Maybe I can make it to Randyzzz tonight. He might have one to spare/share.

Personally, there aren't many beers that I would consider drinking at room temp. I like 'em COLD. (There are a few that "mellow" after sitting a bit, however.)

A hint is good, but New Belgium had a mole beer a few years back that was WHAMO in your face spice. A sip was good, a whole pint was difficult to stomach.

This one says Bourbon barrel made. I think they left the bourbon in it. Strong flavor but very good.

that is 6 USD per BEER!?!?!?!?!?! Yikes... I thought 15 USD was bad for a 12 pack, but if you are saying 72 USD for a 12 pack, I would have to find something else or I would go broke quick!
