Cj-8 Hot Wheels and Matchbox

obviously someone just added the truck bits to basic shelves, could be neat if done well with a Jeep theme. If you used Jeep grilles and sunk the hotwheels in the slotted area or something...

Really need to find the new CJ-7s. good to know to look for all the colors.
 
There was a guy here a couple of years ago working on a Scrambler for die cast and last I saw of him he was almost finished. I wonder what ever happened to him. I think his name was Jeff.
 
The local dollar store just bought out a collection and started putting them out. Found Jeepster prototypes from 1999 and 2001.

Well here's my Hot Wheels custom, Think I came pretty close to the original. I don't think I'll be able to get the stripes and Scrambler details painted though.

Well was quite a Matchbox Jeep weekend this weekend. Picked up this Willys Wagon Friday when getting my work lunches

Picked these up Saturday when I got gear oil. They also had a Hurricane in this style also

Gotta have one of those Willys Pickups...
 
Found all these at Walmart stores. The pickup was actually with the Hot Wheels not the Matchboxes. There were multiple of the Jeep carded ones, but the Pickup was the only one I saw like that.

Found this lot of different Jeeps and paint jobs, but know red pickups.




 
I just picked these up. I'm still looking for the red Willys Truck as well as some of the Wagoneers.
