Ken Adams - pappywaho

Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for all the blessings you give us, and the pleasures of life you have laid before us to enjoy as your children. We place our worries in your hands. We place our sick, Ken Adams, under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again so he may continue to impact so many lives the way he does. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us.
Amen.
Amen.

🙏

So sorry to read this, Jason. Ken and your family are in our prayers... Tell him Rock Chalk from this Aggie....

I'm very sorry to hear that he is now in hospice. What a great man! One of those rare individuals who are kind and humble, yet have great inner strength and convictions. I remember him from the early National events and was very glad to be able to speak with him and your mother quite a bit during last year's Scramble. Sending my thoughts and hopes to the entire Adams family.

Sorry to hear this. Thoughts and prayes are with you all. I remember sitting and talking Jeeps with Ken enjoying some icecream in Fairplay. Fond memories...

My thoughts are with you thru this. I lost my pops many years ago. Grab every second you can. my deepest sympathies, I know how hard this part is.

It's neat to read thru and see the people he has touched and interacted with leaving good memories. Cherish that. I still love running into dad's old friends, or hearing my uncles and aunts tell stories of him.

My thoughts are with you and yours. I lost my father a few years ago and that emptiness still remains today. I keep his urn at my desk and talk with him daily about our life together and what he created in me. I wish you nothing but fond and exciting memories to talk about. Best wishes to you.

It's nice to see that your dad is surrounded by such a caring and loving family. My thoughts and prayers go out to your dad and family.

Prayers for Ken and family
Many, many fond memories. Thank you.
Much love to you all.

Update: Pappy is still hanging on but has declined greatly over the last week.
Still sharp witted as ever, when he is awake.
Not complaining of any pain, hoping that continues.

Ran across this old picture, guessing it was probably the first Jeep owned (1969).
Would sure love to have this one back.
