The bridge is actually a 70' flatbed train rail car.
Installing that was a feat of engineering in itself.
Trackhoe dug trench 4' deep x 20' wide
Then drilled 8- 18" wide by 16' deep piers.
10 yards of concrete on each side.
Left indention in concrete for the massive coupler to rest in (was easier than cutting them off)
Hauling & setting the rail car was another story... The oilfield drilling rig trailer was way overloaded.
Then the Cat 330 trackhoe couldn't lift the end on other side of creek, so had to get 2 hoe's.
The creek regularly gets out of banks and I've seen bridge 6' underwater.
So Muddie Buddie back in shop for rear wheel cylinders.
And charge A/C !
