Ot: Bacon!!!

Time for a thread bump for the best turkey I've ever made. 14 lb turkey wrapped in 3 lb of :bacon: weave with rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic and olive oil under the skin and sage in the bird.

I've dubbed it the TURBACON!!!!!!!

Seriously, it was freaking incredible. I've now been told that since I started this, it will be the expectation at every family dinner into eternity.
