I don't know why It never occurred to share this until now... I've seen this thread multiple times but here's a few pics of some home made beer bacon I cured and smoked fall of '13.





After our move to Colorado I'm going to be getting out of Law Enforcement and getting into the butchering/meat business for a living. So I guess you can say I'll still be working with pigs!
