@scrambler868 any updates?
Not really. Still going through a bunch of crap with Bestop via email and their "engineers" to find out what went wrong and what it happening. I can't believe they don't have a service bulletin or anything by now. I've sent more photos than I can count with the windshield channel mounts, "door flap" seats, and don't get me started on the rear curtain hanger. Still not able to close, still too wide for the brackets, and still can't move the latches when the curtain hanger is in place.@scrambler868 any updates?
Not sure if you're referring to me or @scrambler868 but mine is OE.I read through quick and didn't see this answer... is this a OEM tub or aftermarket?
If aftermarket... that could be a big deal.

Really whoever was having the problem and if it wasn't OEM, that might be part of the issue as the aftermarket tubs aren't always dimensionally correct.
My tub is OEM also. All measurements are within 1/16th to 1/32 at all points from factory. Windshield frame to tailgate, windshield frame to top rear of door opening, bulkhead to tailgate, bed width, tailgate opening, tailgate latches and so on.I read through quick and didn't see this answer... is this a OEM tub or aftermarket?

I use a trimmed down broom stick I run from windshield to roll bar. Cut flat in both ends and sanded down so the top is safe. We get inches of rain an hour around here and have been using the “ stick “ for decades so my top and bikini top don’t turn into lakes.
If I did that my doors would never closeI've been working on this for the past few weeks and bought some foam tube and was able to close the small gap in my doors. 13mm was super tight on the bar, had to lube it up a little to get it on there but it worked nicely.
Now, I just have to figure out how to stop the top from sagging over the driver and passenger seats...
