They are making me want to smoke some beef ribs this weekend. But with the beef prices, I may end up with Pork.

Yeah I miss the days when you raised your own beef. This is Target and I over 60 years ago. His mother died at his birth. I bottle fed him until he started eating grass. Eventually he started eating grain and at 1000 lbs was butchered. Some of the best beef i ever ate.

Used my Blackstone to make some grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon.

I’ve made a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches, and many with ham or baloney. I’m going to try the bacon and cheese. I’ve been on a BLT kick since I grew some tomatoes this spring.

The filling is cheddar cheese , cream cheese and some spices. I can give you the specifics later tonight when I get home if you'd like. They don't take long , about 2 hrs at 250*
