So they make black denim ish CJ style covers for reclining YJ seats these days?

No special order from long ago . But still can be made im sure. I have to make these bake in the sun to get them to mold better.

If you don't have enough sun, a heat gun or hair dryer helps, too. Just don't melt it. If the foam is compressed enough to not be tight against the cover, you can add some thin dacron or polyester padding to help fill it out. Seatz Mfg. in Anahiem, CA makes decent replacement upholstery for Jeeps. They sell on ebay under autointeriorkits.

I had one can of that I found in the basement. Put it in the greenhouse (my temporary space for odd junk) and it blew open from the heat.

Ah well, everything I have is converted to R134 anyway.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words...well that picture is probably worth many thousands of dollars. :D

$40ish a can or $2 at flea markets and garage sales, depending who is selling it.
