Complete 350 4 bolt main aluminum head with dyno tuned ECU and harness, A/C compressor, alt, motor mounts, coil, dist, and even the matching T400 with new converter and valvebody(hughes). It's a drop it in and run it package. $4K

Between the drastic camshaft change, loose converter, and injector change, the factory tune will be a mile off from even what the ECU can compensate to in closed loop. Fortunately for me, tuning vehicles is half of what I do for a living. I'll just slap it on the dyno and type on the laptop and knock it out when the time comes. I have H.P. tuners but I haven't attempted to play with mine , I've been saying for years that I'm going to buy a wide band and play with it.

You should.... Then you'll find out how good the factory ECU 's are and how complicated the tuning is. HE TUNERS is a good starter software to do that with.

I've learned through a friend of mine how good the ECU's are , he has a Vega wagon with a twin turbo 6.0 that made 904 h.p. at the wheels on the stock ECU.
Search You Tube for J&S polishing Vega. Time and fear of messing something up are what have kept me from trying .

Today I got the motor mounts done, T-case cross member built, headers modified, and started building the exhaust. Tomorrow's project will be to modify and mount the electronic pedal assembly, finish the exhaust, and modify my fuel system.

No blower......A pair of turbos some time down the road maybe......I did tune a2004 GTO with a Procharger this week that makes about 650hp. Holy crap that thing was fast....
