Congratulations on passing inspection. Seems like I dred that more than just about anything on the build. Never had any problems, but seems a lot of others have.![]()
Anyone can buy a truck, only a select few get to build their own.
While towing behind the moto rhome, how does that have to be done with the new engine/tranny/trans case combo... detaching rear drive shaft or is it ok to tow for a while, then start up, let it slosh around, then continue? Neutral fine?
I know there are a lot of ways to do it, just curious on your plan.
I know my in-laws when shopping for new tow behinds took a lot of consideration for what would have to be done to allow for the most ease of use towing.

CB... towing should be as simple as the transmission in PARK and the TC in neutral and the front hubs unlocked.

The list is getting shorter.
6. Drive the chit out of it, hook it behind the Fleetwood motor coach and go visit a few of you guys.
Anything is possible but that might be cutting it too close for this year.Gonna see you in South Dakota for the National Scramble? You could visit several of us in one shot!
I said I was building this Scrambler to drive and I have been, it now has 350 miles on it and drives like a dream.

My painter just called me and said the doors, top and bulkhead are finished. YAHOO! I'll pick it all up Sunday morning and can't wait to get it all back together. I'd get it tomorrow but the 2016 Hot Rod Tour is starting about 1/4 mile from my house in the morning and I want to be there.
