A graduation parade shot pulled from YouTube....the police put us at the front of the line when we rolled up and yes right after this was snapped I had Dominick move back and stand behind the roll bar like it was 1982! (Don't want to make the windshield unhappy!) The police said no problem standing up lol.23757.jpeg

Does anyone have a photo of an original ‘83, Olympic White, with Nutmeg interior, that I can see for comparison? Want to see what mine looked like in it’s totally original state.

I wouldn't change a thing on that one. Original is not all it's cracked up to be in my recollection.

Our neighbour bought a brand new CJ8 in 1983 when I was 14 and the decals on the passenger side were installed wonky at the factory. I remember droolling all over it the day he got it and we all remarked on the decals. After a few months it bothered my neighbour so much that he took it to Colorado Coach and had them take all the decals off.

I remember being sad they were gone because I loved the stripes, but it really was distracting that they couldn't get them on straight.

Thanks guys! Yes, I don’t plan on removing the lettering and stripes. It has been painted once but retained the Olympic White original color. The seats are the original Nutmeg as well. The hardtop was painted all white and at one point the PO attempted to paint it back Nutmeg, but the color is off a bit in my opinion!
