I bought a can of blue and a can of white
I mixed white in with the blue until I got his color. I now wish I would’ve measured the ratios
Same way “Petty Blue” was created by the King

Looking good in my buddy's shop. He has an AMAZING SHOP. We cut some steel and tack welded a spare tire carrier hold open latch. I'll take off the rear bumper and carrier and then he'll finish the welding. Then I'll paint it all and reinstall.

That’s nice diggs right there. Bring him food and beer and get some work done in that place
Yeah, for sure. I fix his computers and then I can use his shop. I'm going to put Starlink on the roof and patch it into his house as well. And then will run some speaker wiring and get some classic rock cranking.

You can see a little bit of the rock buggy he is building on the very left side of the picture. He designed and made the frame and suspension linkages. He is fully equipped.

I think he should thank you for bringing your 8 in there. It completes the shop perfectly.

One hell of a shop. Do you know if he races at King of the Hammers? Some of those buggies are insaaaane.

He doesn't race anywhere. This is his first buggy build. Besides that, he is a major flat fender guy. Has 4 or 5 of those and many parts and partial ones in the yard.

I had to laugh when I noticed it didn't have windshield wipers, but then realized you're in CA.

Looks great!
Yes just one of the small things. I did order the “adjustable linkage“ set. Hoping for good things from it.

I also added LED‘s to the dash lamps to match the Speedhut gauges. Very pleased with how those came out.
