Been a while since we had a Beer thread...

Never heard of that one... what kind is it?

Stoneface Brewing Co. IPA from Newington, NH. Any suggestions how to get photos to not post sideways? It is vertical on my phone and Mac photos.

It's a problem with the way the iPhones define orientation and our forum software, if you flip it around and resave it on your Mac it can post correctly.

Been a while since I posted in this thread. But went to a local brewery tonight.

I had most of this flight, but was sharing it.

Not sure how I've missed this thread until now. Enjoying one on my favorite IPA's tonight. Creature Comforts "Tropicalia" out of Athens, Ga.

Did you eat while you were their the food is AWESOME.

I had some nachos and a large pretzel. I did not get the “mega nachos” with the 3 pounds of pork. Was tempted, but would not have been able to finish it and it would have just been me eating them.

But what I had was very good. Definitely a place to go back to. I had quite a few good beers too.

A lot of head since it was in the fridge on its side. But a very good beer.

Apparently, it is laying on its side on this post too. Ugh

Spent a few days in Pullman, WA at the WSU Veterinary School with a sick horse. Only place in the PNW to get a cat-scan on a horse. She will need surgery on her sinuses...

But while we were there, had some great meals and a couple great beers. First was Oskar Blues Old Chub on nitro. Nectar of the gods.

The next eve we went to a different spot and I was introduced to Iron Horse Brewing Irish Death. Another winner. Awesome stuff. So smooth...but almost 8%! I didn't take any pics in the restaurants, but I did find a couple sixers of Irish Death that I brought home. I'll ad a pic when I open one up...

Trying a newer, somewhat local (outside of Boston, but a long drive) Hoppy Pale Ale, and has some citrus, so this will be on the list for a summer beer
