Finally have my tapped holes and hardware, time to dry fit the cover to the cylinder head.
Installed the rear most bolt:

And the front hole will not line up:

Passenger side front hole is no bueno:

And driver side front hole is off, too, but no picture.
In the past, I have had to lightly file some of these holes, no big deal. On this cover, I think I had to mock it up 10 times before all the holes would line up. I assume the mold is wearing out?
Anyway, I used a bastard file, and drilled some of these holes out, to get everything to line up. You do NOT want to make the holes too big, especially on the driver side, because washers will NOT fit!!
After an hour or so of dry fitting:
