Not Jeep related, but decided I need to change the points and condenser on our Corvair on our RT 66 adventure. Luckily we have a good friend that actually lives on old 66 west near Ash Grove MO. Runs much better now... ( PS, was good having the needed tools and parts)

Not much to show in pictures, but figured out that I wasn’t getting power to the wheels trying to accelerate. Narrowed it down to a bad torque converter. It’s probably been going/bad for a couple of years, but I was a bit slow in figuring it out. Silly, I thought I just needed more power…which really accentuated the issue. So now I’m waiting on a new billet converter for my tf999. There aren’t too many options. It’s on order from Alfano Performance and I’m waiting…
