Where have you driven your Scrambler lately?

Since a lot of us actually drive our beloved 8's as much as possible. I am sure I am not alone, I try to find any excuse to do so, I thought it would be cool to share a quick highlight of where we are driving our scramblers, other then for a quick beer or grocery run.

Going up to Mount Airy, NC to visit my wife's family for the Fourth of July weekend. Drove the scrambler from Charlotte to Mount Airy. Roughly 90 miles most on I-77, on the way back home I am driving the scenic route on 21.

GW National Forest a few weeks ago. Since then, to work and back.

And a wrenching party to work on a lot of newer Jeeps. There was a 79 CJ5 there.

It's my daily driver. So I guess you could say everywhere!

Long Road Trip

Just bought my '84 SR from Alan Jackson (yes that Alan Jackson!) in Nashville, TN and drove it back home to Dallas, TX.
 
The site won't let me post pics for some reason or I would. It says that I don't have that permission. You would think the powers that be would want us to post pics.
 
I was able to post a pic in the want ads section if you want to see a pic of the Jeep. I was also able to put a pic in my avatar.
 
Took the boys on their first trip to the SC Trout Hatchery in Walhalla, SC on Saturday. They got to experience their first rain storm as well.

sadly I havent driven my Scrambler much this year... however, we leave tomorrow for Silver Lake!!
