They went to the trouble of spraying fresh undercoating. Probably looks better in the pictures now, but more work removing it for the new owner. Could be fun to drive like it is.

Not a flea market find, but a flea market photo opportunity. This was a 20’ enclosed trailer at the flea on the 4th. 😂

My Dana 300 needs a cover seal, so why not just buy a fully rebuilt twin stick unit for $300. Lol

But the seats are really nice. Might not be a bad one for under $8K

Added pics from listing. Bed floor does look bad…

I think all these posts on this belong in 3rd party sales, now that I’ve added a ton of pics for posterity.
This is mine now. Purchased this week. Price was very negotiable. My retirement toy.

I was looking for a vehicle that I could piddle with in the yard. This fit the bill perfect. Messed with British cars so I know rust repair.

Picked up some early YJ Sahara doors spray painted black on the outside. Also some garnet(?) Soft doors. I put a soft door on my 7 to see how it looks. What do you think? Black is what is usually on it. Hard doors match the body color from the factory, why not soft doors?

This should aid in the erection of our 40' x 56' Quonset building.

5 sections with cross braces, 3 aluminum planks and some leveling tube inserts.

All for $200

Mentioned to the seller when picking up, I was looking for a set of scaffold wheels.
He thought the had a set but could not locate them while I was there.
Messaged the next day, he had located them, said swing back by and they were mine.

picked up a set of chrome wagon wheels, tires and center caps last week. These are the numbers on the inside, gonna try to see if it tells me anything about them. I am pretty happy, can use then on the 8 or another old jeep I have so they will get some use. They look Ok already but hopefully I can get them a bit cleaner.

Looks like you got a set of 15x7 chromes that should clean up nicely once stripped/polished out.
A little bit of ring rust, overall very clean
Looks to be some of the later ones built as well with the 05.28.86 build date.

Thanks for the info. I just now finally got back on and saw the reply. Question for those of you that get these more often. What is the best way to clean up and preserve them?
