I may have shared this one before but it’s worth another mention if you like the bourbon barrel aged beers. Love this New Belgium Oakspire, obvious bourbon flavor without being overdone IMO anyway.

Wallet took a hit tonight. Stones from the sky is a specialty beer collaboration with a local beer store and craft brewer. They said its crazy complex. This batch of Even More Jesus is barreled in 23 year Elijah Craig barrels. Not drinking tonight. Saving up for next Friday. A couple special keg tappings at a local market and then the first inaugural best stout in Grand Rapids contest. Will post up those next week!!

That was actually Georgettas pick for the night and only $9.99 a bottle in this day and age sounded like a heck if a bargin. I had a sip and it is super coffee. She really likes it.

That coffee stout one does sound very interesting. I might have to get up to GR one of these years for the best stout contest. That is where my dads family was from. Grandfather, father and brother and sister were all born there.

Norms Raggedy Ass ipa. REALLY enjoying this local brew, yum. Very citrusy and not heavy at all.

While at Disney World, we had dinner at a cuban restaurant called Bongos. I had this beer from Puerto Rico. Seemed like a good wheat beer with a hint of fruit in it.
