Today’s swap meet scores. Once a year there’s a car parts swap meet here in Redmond. Sometimes you get lucky. Today was Jeepster day. There’s door lock cylinders with keys and a bunch of small parts in the jar, a new full rubber mat kit with padding in the box, nice tailgate and lift gate, window glass, vent glass, Warn winch remotes, a frame cover, and a 73 CJ5 grille. All for 2 bills.

It was like the good old days. He actually held onto it a few weeks until we could meet up in person despite him marking it pending and others offering a lot more for it. Got the rear axle, front axle, 4 slot mags and suspension parts

Got a call from the guy that I bought the Jeepster parts from. He found some more…an additional $80 and I brought all this back.

Found a new LJ Bestop softtop without windows and missing some hardware, got it for $40 on FB marketplace. Picked up some new windows on marketplace for $100. About $80 for missing hardware and I have a new top for $1000 less than buying a new complete top. Now I just have to get the LJ on the road.

Not Jeep related, but found a reloading garage sale. Picked up a few goodies, going back tomorrow for more I hope. Prices were about 40% off what the stuff sells for at Midway. Hoping to grab some more .44Mag brass and bullets, and some 45-70 bullets for the brass I bought. I made the mistake of going without stopping by the bank first…

Got some rims, bumper, tailights from a JK(rims are Fuel XD811 20x9, 35x12.5-20 tires, 4 beat, 1 brand new), not sure what brand the bumper is, stock tailights. Also a Ramsey Pro Plus 8000 winch on a removable cradle(unknown condition). All for $30. Winch was $30, rest was free

Guy said it was from his 1980 CJ7 he sold 20 years ago and was in loft above garage since then. Pretty good shape with seat belts. Not fold-n-tumble. Not sure if this color was ever available in fold-n-tumble either. Will be cleaning up and selling, most likely just the skin unless buyer is close.

Those look like the Levi edition seats. I believe they are fairly rare.

Not Levis but even more rare. 1 year only 1980 seats. Basically Laredo seats just in different colors.

Yes they are getting harder to come by.
Normally they are going for $500 and up.
Someone drilled a hole in this one unfortunately.
The latches differ from early to late as well, but all in all, that is intact.
