Hmmm....I've got this Dodge frame and a Scrambler body...and a welder....

Reminds me of a saying a good friend of mine likes- "Just because you can doesn't mean you should." The workmanship looks great from the pictures posted. Lost me at the front end, however. Personally, I think it would have been a home run if they'd have made the 7 slots larger instead of adding 4 more, and figured out a way to make the cooling system fit without that stretch. Or at least move the front axle forward... Looking closely at the underhood picture- the engine could have moved back at least 10 inches, and the radiator has a good 2 inches of room. Would have eliminated the need for a front stretch, and put the front spring hangers under the bumper like a CJ should be. And throw a winch on there to cover the grille gap.

I like the cage lines...sorta looks familiar!;)

It also need taller tires...

I remember seeing this one before. Lots of craftsmanship to create this. Something the builder can be proud of when he shows it off, but it will probably take a non-Jeep enthuiast with more money than sense to buy and enjoy having this rather large and unique one-off 4x4. A face only a mother (builder) could love. But now-a-days, strange seems to be popular.

This one is on CL and not FeeBay, but at $47.5k - it's certainly an eye popper IMO:

Sorry, but I can't see the value. Am I wrong or just wrong ?

You can't build it for that price.

.

Gonna have to disagree w/ you on this one.

I see nothing w/ this CJ2A remotely close to a $47.5k asking price.

A Grant cherry wood steering wheel is not that expensive...

Believe this may be another, "yes dear, I have the Jeep listed on CL."

I've just finished building a Scrambler myself and I have over 42K in it. Believe me, it doesn't take long.
