move the axle ahead 1/2" and it wont hit the body! :D

I can do that with my RE springs and 37s... but there is a little more contact with the body!

I had a chance to get it out and do some testing today. I've been slacking on updates because I just haven't been taking the time for pics because I'm so far behind. Everything today worked out perfectly. So now that the drivetrain side of things are squared away, it's time to have a little sigh of relief. I'm almost ready for Moab......

Here's the first pic of the couple that I'll post later on.....
 
All I have to do now is order a smaller diameter power steering pulley so I can have more assist at idle and low RPM.

"Think Cadillac" I had a supply of them over the years. The pumps had a higher output to make those huge '70s land yachts turn effortlessly. :thumbsup:
 
I don't think that an early Saginaw pump will fit in the LQ4 stock brackets.

I might just send the pump out to Benchworks here in town and have them hot rod it like the pump I had on the motor I pulled out.
