Jeep Snow Pics...Post 'em up!

Thanks. Haven't been able to drive so close to the house for a while. Been too grey and dark for good pics.

I don't usually take it out in the winter, but right not there is no way. The picture doesn't do it justice, but this is not ice or snow. It's the thickest layer of salt I've ever seen in Maryland. It was put down days ago and is still this bad. The dog can't even walk on it as it irritates his paws too much.

Mother of God

No pictures of the 4 inches we got down here in Coastal N.C. Needless to say the locals went nuts and everything was closed from Wed evening through Monday PM for 4 little inches. I did NOT take the scrambler out in the salt.

Up to 54 yesterday, which melted everything and started back this morning a little bit. Not the Postal, but...

I'm happy to say that so far I am unable to participate in this thread!:bacon:

I see you're running the soft top.
How's that for the cold?

That's not really by choice, I just didn't have time to get the Safari Cab on before the weather turned with SEMA and the Africa trip. I hate dealing with it in the winter. The cold here makes the windows brittle and it's a miracle I haven't cracked one yet. (Knock on wood)

Gotcha.
I may need to look into a top for my LJR (if I ever make my move).
Or stick with the 1/2 cab on the 8.

IMG_20180103_164837.jpg The other day it was a bit Arctic, way below zero, blowing snow, driveway covered and drifted.

My lemon grove wouldn't like that weather.....1. Man it looks cold. i feel bad for complaining about low 30's.

Stay warm up there!

Hey, I'm in South Louisiana and this just doesn't happen here. In my 65 years I have never seen 6 inches of snow here.

Looks like your dog hasn't seen it before either... funny how a fresh snow brings out the wiggles! :rotfl:
