Wanted to let our Scrambler family know that dad (Ken Adams - pappywaho) is not well.
As many of you know he has been battling prostate cancer the last few years.
Nothing left the doctors can do for him. Started "Hospice Care" at his home February 3rd.

As of now he is still up for calls and visitors (please contact us before stopping in).

Renee and I are sending prayers tonight. It's clear from those pictures how many awesome times your family has had together and nothing can ever take that away. God bless your dad and your whole family.
 
Wow! I’m really sorry to hear this. I’ve always enjoyed the time I’ve spent with him at events. Give him my best.
 
Ken is just like family to so many of us that have been around the Adams’ at events all these years. My dad never came to anything I ever did with Jeeps, but Ken was always there.

I’m so sorry to hear this but it is inspiring to see the fight he has been putting up and how he has been living his best life.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for all the blessings you give us, and the pleasures of life you have laid before us to enjoy as your children. We place our worries in your hands. We place our sick, Ken Adams, under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again so he may continue to impact so many lives the way he does. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us.
Amen.
 
Sorry for Ken's declining health. When my dad was dying of pancreatic cancer, I had him recall his experiences in life from as early as he could remember. I used a tape recorder and then had it put on paper and made booklets for all the family. We recorded his story for about an hour a day during the last week of his life. Now this part of our family's history will live on for generations to come. I'm sure your dad has many stories from his early days that only he can tell. Praying for him, too.
