The CJ ones are next to impossible to find, the Wrangler (YJ) ones are similar and can be found still from time to time...

So, I got these in yesterday... they need to be trimmed up and spot welds removed, but they are in very nice shape... from a YJ tub (or tubs based on the color), where they weren't too bad on the bottom.

I hope to have the pillars trimmed up and all extraneous metal removed this weekend.

Mine are perfect on a body I plan to throw out. Maybe I should cut them out and sell them. What did you pay for them?
 
A CJ body? If so, I would buy them... I would like to have a set of each for reference to see if there are any differences.

I took the inner sheetmetal of those pieces from an 82 CJ7 and welded them into an 80 CJ7 so I could mount the door striker parts and use the Wrangler half hard doors. Nice upgrade for the older CJ7s.
 
1 piece axle installation and swap over started tonight... they were very stubborn, those 2 piece axles... did NOT want to come out.
