Sandra got me a Blackstone Griddle for my birthday. Did TX KC style sirloin w/ grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms. No pic at it is all gone. Really like the griddle!

Think it will be used a lot more than a grill. Can do so much more. And I love flat-top cooked steaks, etc. Can even do chicken Fried steaks the right way, not deep fried but on the flat top. And... you can do a pound of bacon at one time and the rear drip pan will catch all the goodness for future use!

Ribs and some side items for today. Started out this morning with this kinda sweet dense Italian bread that is my wife's family old custom called Pinza. A Christmas and Easter thing.

We did a low-key cheeseburger cookout. Not too too bad with baked beans and pasta salad. Happy Easter

Too much pork for just one fork! Smoked ribs yesterday, then started a pair of butts this morning, and wrapped it up with crawfish on the river this afternoon. Been a good Easter weekend.

Went out the other afternoon and it was slow and had to work for the ones we did get but still hit out limit. Here's my 26 3/4" upper slot HOG! They all ended up here on the half shell - delicious. The great state of NC has "allowed" us a 14 day flounder season starting Sept 1, I'll be posting up those tender vittles too.
