1/4 lb Buffalo burgers and brats over Applewood for this weekends smoking adventure. Turned out pretty well, the burgers got a touch overdone waiting on the sides to finish. (Note to self 45 minutes at 225 is plenty long for medium burgers)

Had a little pulled pork leftover from this last weekend, so got creative and made what has got to be the most intense pulled pork sliders ever. Roquefort, Candied Jalapenos, and Memphis BBq sauce. Sweet Smokey Spicy and Tangy as all get out, was quite the flavor punch and went together so much better than I thought it would. Wish I had of toasted the buns though...

Did they cook the pasta plenty with dry shells?

I thought the shells cooked ok. I made them up the night before, believe there was enough moisture pulled from the pork and bacon.

Yeah, I am not allowed to eat them when my wife is home. And I was a general manager/kitchen manager of a restaurant 20 years ago so I know something about cooking.
