That's Bobcat/Don he's a former Scrambler owner. We still let him come along. And they're 33s, close though.

I haven't really drove/messed with this one too much since I got back from Moab
Been busy working on the tan Scrambler, and yard clearing work.
But, changed the oil, checked the fluids, greased it up, heading to Hot Srings/Superlift tomorrow for some wheeling/camping

I never updated this thread after the Hot Springs trip
The Scrambler made it there, wheeled, and made it back with no issues. We had a great time, some very nice, and some very difficult trails. A great place to go Jeeping We ran mainly all harder trails, so a bit challenging at times.
Not many pictures, but this is what I have:
We drove through this Louisiana town on the way there and back, pretty cool:
The abandoned school was fitting:
Back at home, a bit dusty:
And another "beauty mark", tree popped up and nailed the passenger side, but not terrible:
The worst problem: my front tires have started to cup The alignment is fine, and the tires are still balanced. I think the Rubicon Express shocks are shot. If I push the front end down, it bounces a bit before settling back down So, some new shocks, and putting the front tires on the back should eliminate this. The tires do not ride bad, just a bit louder. Both front tires have the same wear pattern. Kind of sucks, I only have 23,000 miles on these tires, the rear tires still have at least 65% tread left

Its been doing wheelies since I started driving it
I thought about the axle tube being bent, but the inside/outside edges of the tires have the same wear, i.e. the front tires are cupped equally all across the face of the tread. No shimmy or pull from the front end.
I am hoping it is just the shocks, since the jeep will bounce up and down about 3 times after you push the front bumper down, like there is no damping
The Scrambler has also felt a bit "softer" in the corners, tooI will get the alignment check to rule out front axle tube bending issues, though

Tire "Cupping" is normally caused by under inflation..... I'm sure you've checked that though.

I checked the tires with the same gauge I have been using, I will check them with a different gauge. Last time I aired them back up, 30 lbs front and back

Seems like a lot of the JK Rubicon guys are having cupping issues, too, from what I read on the internet
I have about 23,000 miles on these, rotated maybe 3 times
But, like you, mine were fine one day, 3 days and a couple hundred miles later, cup city

My BFG KM2s are not cupped at all, pretty evenly worn. No idea the mileage but I have had them since 2011 and have driven to KY, UT, western MI 3 times, and other places too. I run them at 35 psi on the street and 8-10 off road.

I think a "strict' rotating schedule is a good idea, at least every other oil change, 6,000 miles max
I only know the miles because I changed out the speedometer out when I finished the rebuild
Mine have been to Moab twice, Kentucky, Michigan, Arkansas, and all over Alabama/Mississippi. I run them at 30psi on the street. To be honest, I have probably have not rotated them as much as I should have. I can "wear" them, back in by running the current front tires on the back end. But, I would say there is about 20% more wear in the frontsI need to check the shocks, too, they seem "soft"
