Looks good! Gives me a good ideah of how mine will look but with factory 15*8's. Thanks for the photos!

What does this hose go to? It looks like it goes to the brake lines, but comes from the fuel line assembly toward the rear of the Scrambler.
I am going to have to drop my tank as well to fix my sending unit so I appreciate your excellent work and your ideas about doubling the hose layers.

I hope I am not being a pest here, but I have another question.
Your Jeep is so smooth that I have to ask what this piece is:

Hope you do not mind, Jeff

Yours will have a little less "empty space" due to the lack of the 1" body lift. Also, the 8" rims will make the tires slightly taller. The factory rims will also keep the tires pretty much under the flairsLooking great Raymond. Are you going to make it to the Nationals in June?

Is that filter before the pump?
Even though this has been mentioned before I just wanted to say thanks again for taking so many detailed pictures. I have referred to your build many times when I find that my documentation photos leave much to be desired.

Why not just adjust the stops in the front knuckles? It'll keep the tires off the springs and really doesn't affect the turn radius much, if at all.

You will want a screen filter or sock before the pump and the 100 micron after the pump on the pressure side. You'll run into fuel starvation issues otherwise.... You don't want any kind of restriction on the feed to the pump especially since it's above the tank and external too.

How about a 33x10.5R15 tire on your 15x8 rims?
Might not rub then. BFG makes them in All Terain and Mud.
