Craigslist and Estate Sale finds!

9FA232DB-15D0-4C66-B729-97CDABF99B82.jpeg

I found this Norlund Trail Blazer double bit axe head this summer at a garage sale for $10 and it just sold on ebay two weeks ago for $175. Super happy, a few more $ to get my 1937 Mauser P08 out of lay away. ?

Well, I was perusing Craigslist and ended up buying a 1983 Grand Wagoneer. Cheap. Seller says should run with some TLC, ran when parked. No rust visible, pretty straight, clean title. 200k mileage. Picking it up in the AM. Pictures to follow tomorrow.
All I can say is, thank God my bride is out of town...

Luckily you have your new construction projects to distract her.:)

This caused me to envision CL finds being stashed:
"You're gonna need a bigger garage" :rotfl:

Found this snap model kit sealed at the flea market today.

20190506_200716.jpgpicked this up a few weeks ago for a few bucks. It's actually going on my wife's sebring convertible. Old, made in Italy, replacable brushes, loud. Somebody on the forum picked up a set just like it last year.

That's beautiful. I picked up an awesome spare like that last year but it cost me $75.00. You should sell me that one ..I should be in Salt Lake soon
