More stuff done now. after a few revisions, the upper panhard bar bracket is done, lower shock brackets remade, the shock hoops and crossbar are done, and the 12" coilovers are installed temporarily. I have the 14" coilovers on order but they probably will not show up for 2-3 weeks I'd guess. The same goes for the 37" tires too. I ordered them on Black Friday from 4WD.com and they did not notify me that they were out of stock. Apparently they are supposed to be in stock in about 2-3 weeks. SMH The exhaust crossover pipe has been fitted too. There's a lot of welding to do on that and all of the suspension components. Everything is tacked together just enough to hold it together at this point. Maybe Friday I can finish weld the exhaust and tie it into the rear section.

So here's the progress so far..... I mounted the 12" coilovers that I had already and threw some springs on them so I can start to figure out what spring rates I'm going to need for the 14" coilovers. The front exhaust is all welded up and back in place connected to the rear section of exhaust. Now I just need to get my new 37's and the 14" coilovers so I can finish fitting everything. I'll have to push the upper shock mounting out a bit on the top I can see already so I'll just bend up some hoops to attach to the sides to outrigger the mounting. The 5.13 gears are in so maybe I can get that done too. Sometime soon will be the building of new brake lines both front and rear. I have the proportional valve ready and a decent idea of how and where I'm going to run the lines. I'll put a front line lock in it when that process starts too. By building new brake lines, I can clean up some of the garbage that the original builder did and make it a lot more organized and much nicer to look at. The hydroboost lines will be rebuilt using the black nylon covered braided PTFE hose also. This week I'll order my new front sway bar too since I have a better idea of what may fit.

I guess that I am putting in the front sway bar this weekend. TK1 makes some damn nice parts and has FANTASTIC customer service too.

After rebuilding the winch mount brackets and removing the front spring hanger brackets, I was able to move the winch a little forward to for the new bar in with slightly longer arms. New sway bar brackets were made and fitted along with links and tabs. Somewhere in this cluster I have to find some room for bump stops too. clock keeps ticking and time is running out pretty quickly.

I'm all about supporting the small guy out there. His customer service is fantastic to say the least. When I was emailing him about replacing the Currie unit that I had, we had an email chain on a Sunday evening hashing over options. Now that's something you just don't find anymore......
