A little more progress on the dash. I had to enlarge some of the holes after the coating. Problem was that some of the sanding caused the coating to de-laminate and bubble quite a bit. Ended up stripping and starting over. Here is the latest.Dashboard 2.jpg

Figured since I have my old engine & transmission out for replacement, I might as well get some new Lomax gears for the D300
Don't tease. Can you supply part numbers and where to buy?

So, I am finally cleaning out and cleaning up a lot of things that have been put off because of the long cold winter and the fact I didn't have access to an outside hose source as they get shut off for the winter.

Stripping down 3 wheels as well as 2 center caps.
I am normally good with before and after pics, but my phone had died and was charging.

Someone had pained the cap tops RED... and a lot of paint, so the stripped helped with that.
They are far from perfect, and even with paint on them will not be great with the pits, but they will work as a driver quality.

This all started outside, then on the bench, then on the floor, then on the bench.

They need final polishing with mothers ball and polish and the Jeep & inside ring need to be relieved of the black, but all in all, I am happy with how far I got yesterday.
