Update on Chris
Hey, the name was Katrina, JC, I'm Chris' oldest daughter and the one you talked to at "Chris' house." Just posting to give you guys an idea of what's going on with my dad. According to my mom, Dad is doing 'fabulous.' His chest tube is hardly draining at ALL, and his oxygen intake is up to 99%. Before, they had had to give him an oxygen mask because his oxygen levels weren't high enough.
He's using Percoset (spelling?) for the pain now, instead of the morphine. That's really good news because the Percoset is in pill form, so he can bring it home with him, where the morphine was in an IV. I sent Truck pics of the truck, because I had no idea how to get them on here.
Thank you guys so much for praying. I'm making a list of everybody who's concerned about him and making sure my dad gets it, so that he knows how strongly you all are behind him. Thanks so much!

Gotta love a guy like that. I passed along everyones "well wishes and prayers". I also printed this thread and passed it to him (all 23 pages). He thanked all of us for our prayers, but we need to continue because he ain't out of the woods yet. He still has some recovery time to go. But as is typical of Chris is strong and has a good heart so should make it through all just fine. He did have the chest tube taken out today and was thankful of that. His BP and oxygen were good as well. If anyone else in the area has the opportunity to see him he is in Rm 553 at George Washington University Hospital. I know he would appreciate more folks to help distract him from his ailments. All in all though things are looking up!
and I love to watch him being lifted up.
